Andrew Luck Scouting Report

6,4 - 235 - Quarterback - Stanford

Luck might have been the first pick in the 2011 NFL Draft but chose to stay at Stanford for his senior year and looks like a lock to go #1 next April. It will be interesting to see how he functions with a new head coach and system in place but the smart money says he'll continue to play at an elite level.

Very heady QB who can make all the throws. Quick decision maker and gets the ball out of his hands quickly.  Has a little Drew Brees in him, with his ability to scramble, his accuracy and quick instincts. Good size for the position and good mobility as well.  Throws the ball with great timing and anticipation, hitting his receivers in stride. Rarely forces a ball and knows when to throw the ball away. Has played in a good system which should have him ready to step right in and start in the NFL from game 1.

There's not much to say here. Luck has all the physical and intangible tools to be a great NFL quarterback.
